Manhattan, NY Soloviev Group, a real estate development firm, began a new collaboration with Kent Hospitality Group (KHG) to enhance the suite of luxury amenities at its office property, 9 West 57th St. The new food and beverage amenities  —  available exclusively to tenants of the building and their guests — will include the Vista Restaurant and Bar and two upscale cafes. These joined the previously opened fitness center, and premium conference and event spaces managed by Arch Amenities Group.

Located within the Park View Lounge on the 27th floor of the building, the Vista Restaurant and Bar will offer Central Park views, creating a dramatic setting for both business and social gatherings. Exclusive to tenants only, the restaurant and bar will require membership to the club enabling members to reserve tables for themselves and their guests via the new 9W57 building app. Kent Hospitality, known for its expertise in creating outstanding dining experiences, will operate the Vista restaurant. Vista will feature seasonal menus curated by KHG’s onsite culinary team led by chef Alfred Nebair of Crown Shy, as well as a carefully selected wine list and craft cocktails.

In addition to Vista, KHG will operate two on-site cafes, The Park View Café located on the 27th floor and Café V located in the building lobby near the 58th St. entrance. Both locations will feature Black Fox coffee, fresh pastries, a juice bar, and a selection of grab-and-go meals for tenants and their guests.

The previously opened fitness center and event spaces will continue to be managed by Arch Amenities Group, a premier provider of amenities management services. Arch will ensure that tenants have access to fitness options at the building’s tenant-only fitness center and event planning to meet their professional and personal needs.

Additionally, KHG will be opening a new restaurant in the Cucina 8 ½ space in 2025, more details will be provided in the coming months.

The addition of exclusive food and beverage offerings to the existing amenity package represents the continued effort of the Soloviev Group to transform 9 West 57th St. into a premier destination and office location for the business community.
