Simone of Yellow Brick Realty brokers $1.05 million sale of a residential development site in the Bronx

David Simone, principal of Yellow Brick Realty Corp., has closed on 462-478 E 144th St., a residential development site in the Melrose section. The property sold for $1.05 million, $26 per buildable foot. The development site was purchased by a local non-profit organization. "The Melrose section of the Bronx has seen a dramatic increase in new residential units, and this sale is further evidence of growth in the area," said David Simone, principal of Yellow Brick Realty.
