Signature Acquisitions adds Harbor Freight to JAPM Plaza in Greece, NY

Greece, NY Signature Acquisitions has welcomed Harbor Freight to JAPM Plaza, located at 3042 West Ridge Rd. Harbor Freight plans to open this month. Ken Bronwell of Vanguard Fine represented the tenant, and Chris Giunta of Pyramid Brokerage (a local affiliate of Cushman and Wakefield) worked with Signature COO, Jeff Smith to complete the transaction. Signature Acquisitions looks forward to seeing Harbor Freight thrive at this location for years to come, and as ownership they continue to bring recognized brand names to the community.

Along with Harbor Freight, JAPM Plaza includes Petsmart, America’s Best Vision, and Master Kim’s Currently there is one remaining space open with 25,000 s/f that was formerly JoAnn Fabrics.
