Schuckman Realty leases 18,100 s/f to Wren Kitchens

Massapequa, NY Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of a 18,100 s/f former Modell’s retail space at 5510 Sunrise Hwy., to Wren Kitchens.

Jessica Vilmenay and Edward Gottlieb CRX, CLS of Schuckman Realty represented the landlord. Philips International represented in house by VP and director of sales and leasing, Andrew Aberham in the 10-year deal. Adam Weinblatt and Marc Frankel of Newmark represented Wren Kitchens. The lease was signed on May 10th.

In a seperate transaction, Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of a 1,350 s/f retail endcap space in Trader Joe’s anchored Brooke Plaza at 3446 Long Beach Rd., Oceanside to Chip City Cookies.

Gottlieb of Schuckman Realty and Brandon Seidenberg represented the landlord. Eddie Mamiye of Stately Ventures represented the tenant Chip City.
