Schuckman and Colantonio of Schuckman Realty broker $6.2 million sale

Mineola, NY Stanley Schuckman and Matthew Colantonio of Schuckman Realty, Inc. represented both buyer, AMF Corp., and seller, Framike Realty Corp, in the $6.2 million acquisition of a 34,364 s/f building located on 1.75 acres at 199 E Jericho Tpke.  

Bowlmor AMF (also known as Sheridan Lanes) has and will continue to occupy the building.  The property, which was assembled in 1940 as a collection of residential and commercial lots, is zoned as a bowling establishment.  

This location is one of 13 in New York for Bowlmor AMF.  The property is located on a signalized intersection on the southeast corner of East Jericho Tpke. and Sheridan Blvd. The purchase also includes a parcel adjacent to the property which Bowlmor AMF utilizes as a parking lot.
