David Schlamm and Herb Goldberg of City Connections Commercial have represented the landlord in a 2,295 s/f office lease at the Masonic Hall located at 71 West 23rd St. The tenant is Energy Kitchen Headquarters, who was represented by Jamie Rodgers of Winick Realty. The landlord is the trustees of the Masonic Hall.
