John Schiliro of the Kaufman Organization brokered a two-year, 2,500 s/f lease at 160 Madison Ave. for Tripology, a leading travel website. The company, co-founded by Chinedu Echeruo, who is also the CEO and founder of the online public transit guide HopStop.com, will use the space for its executive offices. Schiliro represented the tenant, while Rasheeda Wilson of Williams and Wilson Group represented the landlord.
