Scanlon, Chase, Hnizdo and Victome join P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc.

Bohemia, NY P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC), hired four new associates in their Engineering and Environmental Divisions. Joining PGWC’s Engineering Division is Mike Scanlon, PE, as a senior engineer. In the Environmental Division PWGC welcomes Dwight Chase, Ian Hnizdo, and David Victome as field hydrogeologists.

“We are very excited to have Mike return to PWGC and Dwight, Ian, and David join our roster of professionals,” said PWGC president/CEO Paul Boyce, PE, PG. “We look forward to their contributions to our growth going forward.”

Scanlon will focus on civil/site and geothermal applications, construction permitting, specifications, reports, inspections, and project management.

Chase, a graduate from CUNY in Earth Environmental System Science, will focus on remediation and due diligence projects. He will provide management, oversight, and documentation on projects, technical field services for environmental investigations, and due diligence inspection services.

Hnizdo will assist in completing a variety of environmental projects. His responsibilities will include conducting oversight of environmental cleanup projects - including brownfield and e-designation sites - leading field efforts for Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Remedial Investigations and assist with subsurface investigations and soil characterizations.

Victome will focus on remediation and due diligence projects. He will provide management, oversight, and documentation on projects, technical field services for environmental investigations, and due diligence inspection services. His responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, conducting oversight of environmental cleanup projects including brownfield and e-designation sites, leading field efforts for Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and Remedial Investigations, and assist with subsurface investigations and soil characterizations.

“I am very excited to be working at PWGC,” said Chase. “I look forward to working alongside and gaining knowledge from everyone here.”

“I am excited to join PWGC and assist in the environmental division,” Hnizdo said. “I have developed a passion for remedial work in construction projects during my time at Adelphi and look forward to applying it in my new position.”

“I am excited to start my journey at PWGC, where I’ll get to explore different projects in the field while continuing to develop my knowledge and skill set with the help of a great team in front of me,” said Victome.

The addition of these new associates is indicative of PWGC’s steady growth over the past year even with the impacts of the COVID 19 pandemic.
