According to Savanna, Imaginary Forces (IF) has signed a lease at 80 Broad St., occupying 11,250 rentable s/f on a portion of the 20th floor for a 10-year term. IF is an entertainment and design studio. Hal Stein, Todd Stracci, and Adam Leshowitz of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, Savanna, while Scott Brown of Newmark represented the tenant in this transaction.
