Roth of Manhattan Skyline leases to Murray Hill Optical

Manhattan, NY Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. signed a lease with Murray Hill Optical to open a new boutique at 500 Third Ave. in the Murray Hill neighborhood.

Murray Hill Optical will operate out of a 988 s/f Third Ave. storefront renovated by Manhattan Skyline at the base of its apartment building Murray Hill Manor.

Roth represented Manhattan Skyline in the long-term lease transaction. Murray Hill Optical was represented by Yoel Gorjian of Winick Realty Group.

“We are pleased to welcome Murray Hill Optical to 500 Third Ave. Their services will provide the neighborhood and residents of Murray Hill Manor with a convenient new eyewear option,” said Joshua Roth, sr. VP of retail at Manhattan Skyline.

Murray Hill Manor offers luxurious studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments. Many of the spacious homes in the 21-story rental apartment building offer East River and skyline views.  Amenities include a roof deck, fitness center, 24-hour doorman service and valet-attended garage.
