Rosewood Realty Group brokers Upper West Side multifamily property for $2.5 million

Manhattan, NY Rosewood Realty Group has completed the sale of an eight-unit multifamily property located at 313 West 92nd St. in the Upper West Side for $2.5 million.

The 6,200 s/f property, with an additional 2,000 s/f of air rights, is situated on a prime block of the Upper West Side. This property had been under 85-year family ownership, and five out of the eight units were delivered vacant at the time of sale.

Rosewood's Ben Khakshoor represented the buyer Put Duc Huang. Rosewood’s Mike Kerwin represented the seller, the Goldberg Family.
