Rosewood closes 15 Manhattan sales and four Bronx sales - $85 million; Includes $18 million sale by Scheer and Jungreis
Rosewood Realty Group has brokered the sale of 15 Manhattan buildings and four Bronx buildings totaling $85 million.
The Manhattan deals include:
* 157 Suffolk St. on the Lower East Side, a six-story, 22,398 s/f walk-up apartment building with 35 apartments, sold for $18 million. David Scheer and Aaron Jungreis of Rosewood represented the buyer and seller.
* 575,579, 583 & 587 West 177th St. in Washington Heights, four, five-story walk up apartment buildings with 87 apartments, sold for a total of $9.4 million. Raphael Toledano of Weissman Realty represented the buyer and Jungreis represented the seller.
* 199-203 East 4th St. in the East Village; three contiguous four-story walk-up apartment buildings with 66 apartments, sold for $7.2 million. Jungreis represented the buyer, a local investor, and the seller. The buildings combined are 29,935 s/f.
* 852-854 Amsterdam Ave. in Manhattan Valley; a five-story, 7,175 s/f walk-up apartment building with 10 apartments and two commercial units, sold for $7 million. Jungreis represented the buyer and seller.
* 449 West 206th St. in Inwood; a five-story, 18,786 s/f walk-up apartment building with 23 apartments and three commercial units, sold for $4.83 million. Michael Guttman and Jungreis represented the buyer and seller.
* 83 East 7th St. in the East Village; a four-story, 7,677 s/f walk-up with eight apartments, one commercial unit and 2,000 s/f of retail, sold for $4.32 million. Jake Blatter of Rosewood represented the buyer and seller.
* 500 West 213th St. in Inwood: a five-story, 17,780 s/f walk up apartment building with 22 apartments and three commercial units, and 502 West 213 St.: a five-story, 15,880 s/f walk up apartment building consisting of 26 apartments. Guttman represented the buyer of both buildings and Jungreis represented the seller, a local family investor. 500 sold for $3.17 million and 502 sold for $2.16 million.
* 561 West 186th St. in Inwood; a five-story, 19,100 s/f walk-up apartment building with 21 apartments, sold for $2.47 million. Guttman and Jungreis represented the buyer and seller.
* 201 West 136th St. in Harlem; a five-story, 14,355 s/f walk-up apartment building consisting of nine apartments and two stores, sold for $2 million. David Scheer and Ryan Perkosk represented the buyer and seller.
The Bronx deals include:
* 1212 Grand Concourse in Fleetwood-Concourse Village; a six-story, 65,832 s/f elevator apartment building with 61 apartments and eight commercial units sold for $7.85 million. Jungreis represented the buyer and seller.
* 2055 Anthony Ave. in Fordham Heights; a six-story, 74,580 s/f elevator apartment building with 79 apartments, sold for $7.15 million. Jungreis represented the buyer and seller.
* 1420 Noble Ave. in Soundview; a six-story, 74,100 s/f elevator building with 79 apartments, sold for $7.05 million. Samuel Kooris and Jungreis represented the buyer and seller.
* 1649 Edison Ave. in Pelham Bay; a five-story, 16,125 s/f walk-up apartment building with 23 apartments, sold for $2.35 million. Michael Kerwin of Rosewood represented the buyer, family investors, and seller, Mata Realty.
