Brooklyn, NY Schuckman Realty handled the sale of 47 Withers St. located between Union Ave. and Lorimer St. in Williamsburg.

The property sold for $4.085 million, or $817 per s/f. Joseph Rosenfeld and Baruch Edelkopf of Schuckman Realty’s Investment Sales Team represented the seller in this transaction.

The 5,000 s/f mixed-use building is comprised of six free-market apartments and one ground floor retail unit. The building is within walking distance of all the northern Williamsburg attractions, and is serviced by the L train via the Bedford Ave. stations, and the G train via the Metropolitan Ave. Station.

“We are working with several investment groups who have been taking advantage of the historically low interest rates, who have shifted their investment strategy to focus on cash-flowing assets in well-located Brooklyn neighborhoods,” said Rosenfeld.
