Rosenberg & Estis hires Silverbush as a partner

Bradley Silverbush has joined Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. as a partner. He will handle real estate litigation, focusing on building owners and management companies involved in legal disputes. He will specialize in all facets of landlord-tenant litigation for Rosenberg & Estis. "We are very pleased to have Bradley Silverbush join our firm as a litigation partner," said Luise Barrack, principal with Rosenberg & Estis. "His expertise in all aspects of real estate law, particularly as it pertains to resolving legal disputes between landlords and tenants, will create a wonderful synergy for the firm, and provides additional depth going forward in this market." Previously, Silverbush served as a partner with Borah Goldstein overseeing the legal needs of Manhattan building owners. He handled matters ranging from trials to appeals including representing owners in administrative proceedings before the State of New York's Division of Housing and Community Renewal, and Division of Human Rights. Prior to Borah Goldstein, Silverbush was a partner at Finkelstein Borah. As a private attorney, he assisted the Special Projects Bureau of the New York County District Attorney's office. Silverbush worked on cases involving the Narcotics Eviction Program, where he was involved in the return of hundreds of residential and commercial premises to law abiding citizens. Due to his successes with the program, he was recently selected to serve as counsel for the American Academy for Professional Law Enforcement. Silverbush began his legal career as an intern at the Westchester County District Attorney's Office in Mount Vernon handling a variety of criminal and civil cases, while completing his senior year at Pace University School of Law. Silverbush received a bachelor's degree with honors in Philosophy and Political Science from the University at Buffalo, and his juris doctorate from Pace University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in law in the State of New York, and before the Southern and Eastern Districts of the U.S. District Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Silverbush is a member of the New York County Lawyer's Association, and a member of the American Judge's Association.
