Rockledge handles three sales in Queens: $10.595 million total

90-16 171st Street - Queens, NY

 

Queens, NY Rockledge handled closing of three multifamily buildings in the Jamaica neighborhood, totaling 72 units and spanning 45,000 s/f. The properties are:

  • 90-16 171st St.;
  • 90-75 179th St.; and
  • 106-15 217th St.

The purchase price was $10.595 million, which equates to $226 per s/f and $147,152 per unit. The buyers and sellers were not disclosed.

Rockledge is currently in contract on over 200 units across multiple buildings.
