Rochester Self Storage LLC acquires Deep Discount Mini Storage; Quigley of Harter Secrest reps buyer

Rochester Self Storage LLC acquired Deep Discount Mini Storage from Flower City Storage Operations LLC. The self-storage facility is located 265-271 Hayward Ave. and the new owner intends to renovate the facility and rebrand it under a new trade name. Storage Asset Management of York, PA will manage the self-storage facility for Rochester Self Storage LLC and the new owner intends to expand its self-storage concept to other markets both in NYS and nationally. Nicholas Malagisi of Sperry Van Ness International Corp. brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller and the buyer was represented by Patrick Quigley, Esq., partner at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP.
