Robinson and Ornstein of Transwestern broker two leases totaling 48,391 s/f
According to Transwestern's New York office, Patrick Robinson and Lindsay Ornstein have completed two tenant advisory lease transactions totaling 48,391 s/f.
Robinson and Ornstein secured a 12-year 41,073 s/f lease for Kelso & Co. at the Mutual of America building, located at 320 Park Ave. The lease included an early renewal and extension for the entire 23rd and 24th floors, as well as expansion into new space on the 30th floor.
Additionally, a 10-year 7,318 s/f lease was brokered for Freedom Institute at 515 Madison Ave. Freedom Institute is relocating from its current offices on the building's 26th and 35th floors to the entire 21st floor.
Robinson and Ornstein said, "The space and quality ownership at 320 Park Ave. has proven to be ideal for Kelso & Co., and Freedom Institute has enjoyed a long tenancy and great relationship with the Gurals. We are pleased we have been able to provide space that continues to meet our clients' needs and at favorable economic terms with maximum flexibility."
