Richer of Hanna Commercial honored at Hanna Holdings annual awards ceremony

Albany, NY Hanna Holdings, the parent company of New York’s Hanna Commercial division, honors its top achievers in an annual awards ceremony held every spring. This year, Jessica Richer of Hanna Commercial was among those who were recognized for their 2017 accomplishments. 

During the annual awards ceremony, she was recognized for her 2017 accomplishments in commercial real estate. She was presented with the awards for Commercial Investment Agent of the Year, Top Producing Commercial Team, President’s Council and the National Sales Excellence Award.

“I am so honored to be named as the “Commercial Investment Agent of the Year,” along with the other awards presented to me by Howard Hanna. I feel very fortunate to be working with such a talented group of professionals at Hanna Commercial Real Estate,” said Richer.

For over 18 years, Richer has been a full-time commercial realtor. Her commercial real estate expertise includes all aspects of land development and the representation of landlords and tenants for the leasing of retail, office and warehouse space. In addition, she has vast experience in the selling of real estate properties, such as mixed-use buildings, multifamily apartment buildings, senior housing communities and all types of commercial real estate. 

She is involved in local commercial real estate as a member of the board for the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB), which she serves as a Past President and an active member of the Strategic Planning Committee and the Nominating Committee. Additionally, she is a member of the Commercial Issues Working Group and the Legislative Policy Forum for the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR).
