Research Perspectives has signed a five-year lease for 8,000 s/f at Gannett Office Park. Gannett Office Park, managed by Heritage Realty Services and owned by Heritage Realty Services' affiliate Dryland Gannett, LLC, is a three-building office development comprised of 2, 3 & 4 Gannett Dr. along Platinum Mile. "We are happy to see locally based companies choosing to remain in the vicinity rather than move their business from Westchester," said George Constantin, president and CEO of Heritage Realty Services. "With easily configured floorplates and lower annual rents, office parks such as Gannett Office Park are a viable headquarter options for businesses." Gannett Office Park is a class A office park that features 24-7 building hours and new Carrier/Trane computerized HVAC systems.
