Barbara Raskob of the Kaufman Organization brokered six leases totaling 9,409 s/f at the Nelson Tower at 450 Seventh Ave. Raskob represented the landlord, the Kaufman, in all of the following leases:
* Club Texting, Inc. signed a three-year lease for 1,092 s/f. David Nouhian of Manhattan Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
* Penn Station Chiropractic & Alternative Health Care P.C. signed a five-year lease renewal for 804 s/f. The tenant has been in the space since 2003. Steve Kaufman of the Kaufman Organization also represented the landlord.
* Ira M. Denhoffer, P.C. & Ferdinard G. Suba signed a five-year lease renewal for 900 s/f. Walter Lippman of the Kaufman Organization also represented the landlord.
* The Support Group signed a five-year lease for 2,033 s/f as the company expands its New York headquarters.
* Playscripts, Inc. signed a four-year lease for 2,480 s/f. Tim Bennett of The Hunter Realty Organization, LLC represented the tenant.
