Raffa of Island Associates negotiate 4,720 s/f long term lease

Melville, NY Robert Raffa of Island Associates Real Estate Inc., who represented the tenant, and Maria Valanzano of Colliers, who represented the landlord. successfully negotiated the long-term lease of 4,720 s/f of office space to the Law offices of Roman Shakh at One Huntington Quadrangle. The lease is a sublease of a portion of the large block of space Geico has at One Huntington Quadrangle. The terms consisted of a complete build-out specific to the tenant’s needs and specifications. The We’re group, owner of One Huntington Quadrangle, and Geico are responsible for the tenant’s buildout and are working with the tenant on design and construction. The tenant will occupy the space for his personal injury law firm.
