Bohemia, NY P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC) hired two new associates.
Joining PWGC’s environmental division as field hydrogeologists are Kylie Benz and Jada Macharie. Benz will strengthen our Bohemia office while Macharie will strengthen the New York City office.
Benz is a recent geology and earth and space science dual major graduate from Stony Brook University.
Macharie is an environmental earth systems science graduate from The City College of New York.
Benz and Macharie will work with the environmental unit focusing on remediation and due diligence projects throughout New York. They will provide management, oversight, and documentation on projects, technical field services for environmental investigations, and due diligence inspection services.
“We are very excited to have Kylie and Jada join our roster of professionals,” said PWGC president/CEO Paul Boyce, PE, PG. “We look forward to their contributions to our growth going forward.”
When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
