Currently, I am involved in several residential development projects, including new homes ranging from $700K - $3M. My father, Steve, and I are always developing our pipeline of business at Chasella, while keeping an eye on the major commercial holdings of the portfolio at Kabro Associates, founded by my grandfather, Lawrence. How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? I enjoy going to the park with my wonderful wife and two fantastic children. I also love driving down to the beach and walking the boardwalk. Some of my best days of work have been while strolling by myself (and my cellular device) down at Jones Beach. Favorite book or author: Books about management, motivation and leadership. Favorite movie: "Good Will Hunting" Last song you purchased/downloaded? "Wasted" by Tiesto One word to describe your work environment: Alive Rules to live by in business: Ideas need to be cultivated. Ethics and loyalty are paramount. Honor and respect those who paved the way for your success. If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? My older brother, Glen. (deceased) Where would we go? It really wouldn't matter as long as I could speak with him. What is your dream job? Design and construct my own office space. Have flexibility to construct and invest as I see fit. Work alongside my father. Retain the ability to see my family as often as I wish.
