Preuss and Sarath of Massey Knakal complete $560,000 sale
A mixed-use building at 84-01 101st Ave. in Ozone Park was sold in an all cash transaction valued at $560,000. Massey Knakal director of sales Stephen Preuss exclusively handled this deal with director of sales Brian Sarath.
The two-story property is 3,200 s/f and sits on a 19' x 100' lot. The building consists of two retail/commercial spaces on the first floor and two two-bedroom apartments on the second floor. Additionally, there are two garages. The entire building has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition.
"Within a relatively short marketing period we were able to find the perfect local owner-user to occupy this retail corner building," said Preuss.
