Freeport, NY Gary Pezza, senior director, and John Simone, principal, of NAI Long Island, represented the seller, 47 North Main LLC, and the buyer, Delmont Health Care, in the sale of 47 North Main St. The property is a 2,200 s/f, two-story office building. The sales price was not disclosed.
