Perna of Newmark Knight Frank arranges four leases - 171,500 s/f

Plainview, NY Ralph Perna, executive managing director of Newmark Knight Frank, has arranged four leases totaling 171,500 s/f. The deals include the following:

• A 25,000 s/f lease at 150 Express St., Plainview to ITM Tool Dist. The lease has an option to purchase. Perna represented the landlord and tenant.

• An 11,500 s/f lease at 25 Old Dock Rd., Yaphank to Austin Moving & Storage. Perna represented the landlord and Mark Pawlitschek of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant.

• A 125,000 s/f sub-lease at 45 Ranick Rd., Hauppauge to Global Paper & Tissue. Perna represented both the landlord and tenant. 

• A 10,000 s/f lease at 35 Davids Dr., Hauppauge to Stafford Tent headquarters in Stanford, CT. Perna represented the landlord, Brandon Lichtenstein represented the tenant.
