Perna of Newmark Knight Frank brokers $4.5 million sale

Islandia, NY Ralph Perna, executive managing director of Newmark Knight Frank, has completed the $4.5 million sale of 1290 Motor Pkwy. The 37,000 s/f property was sold to Bowe Industries. Perna represented the buyer and seller.
