Pavia Real Estate Services has brokered four leases totaling 9,916 s/f. The deals include: * A 2,200 s/f, 10-year lease at 4642-4666 Commercial Dr. Dominic Pavia of Pavia represented both the landlord, TS New Hartford LLC, and the tenant, Five Guys Burgers. * A 1,800 s/f, 10-year lease at 4848 Commercial Dr. John Jweid of Pavia represented the tenant, Princess Nails, and Dominic Pavia of Pavia represented the landlord, Benderson Development. * A 2,124 s/f, five-year lease 4452 Commercial Dr. Jweid represented both the landlord, PMB LLC, and the tenant, Aida Salon. * A 3,792 s/f, five-year lease at 1705 Burrstone Rd. Pavia represented both the landlord, Bushinger Flowers, and the tenant, St. Lukes Health Care.
