Pagano of Avison Young renews 38,600 s/f lease

Farmingdale, NY According to Milvado Property Group, Newsday has renewed its 38,600 s/f lease at 360 Smith St., where it has resided for 20 years.

Frank Pagano of Avison Young represented Newsday, while the landlord was represented in-house.
