She represents equity investors, developers and syndicators, involved in the development of housing developments intended to qualify for federal and state low-income housing tax credits, federal and state historic rehabilitation credits and renewable energy credits. Or structures transactions involving real estate issues, partnership tax issues, and multiple layers of financing, including HOPE VI funds and tax-exempt bonds, as well as various other forms of federally and state-regulated financing and subsidies.
