O'Rourke of Roohan Rlty. completes lease to TopDot.com at The Mill
According to Roohan Realty, Premium Capital Funding, doing business as TopDot.com, has leased space in The Mill at 125 High Rock Ave. The lease was handled by Tim O'Rourke of Roohan Realty's commercial services division. The Mill, formerly the Van Raalte Knitting Plant, was restored by Tom Roohan and Sonny Bonacio of Bonacio Construction in 1999-2000. With the addition of TopDot, the 76,500 s/f commercial complex is now 100% leased.
