O'Brien and Cohen of M. C. O'Brien sign two leases totaling 20,850 s/f
M. C. O'Brien, Inc., has signed two long-term leases in the greater Midwood area totaling 20,850 s/f. In the first deal, Amazing Savings, LLC committed to a 12-year lease for a 17,400 s/f one-story retail building plus partial basement. This building, formerly occupied by Bargain Hunters, is located at 1605 Ave. M. They will develop this site as a flagship location and will be undertaking renovations including a new storefront, HVAC, electric, plumbing as well as new epoxy flooring throughout.
In the second lease, Brighton Beauty Supply committed to a lease for a 3,450 s/f retail store located at 1305 Kings Hwy. This will be Brighton Beauty Supplies 4th location and they will undertake a renovation of this former Burger King.
