NYSCAR WNY holds 7th annual awards dinner

The Western New York chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors held its 7th Annual Awards Dinner and Installation of board of directors ceremony along with a new, 12 page insert in the Business First newspaper. This year's event was held on February 12 at the Statler Tower Grand Ballroom, located at 107 Delaware Ave. with an open bar at 6 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m. A swearing in ceremony of new officers was followed by the presentation of several awards. Awards were given for Lifetime Achievement, Meritorious Service and for the Largest Broker Assisted Lease and Sale Transactions of 2007. Victor Peterson of MJ Peterson Corp. received the 2008 recipient for the Lifetime Achievement Award. This year's Meritorious Service Award recipient was Marsha Henderson, vice president of External Affairs at the University of Buffalo.
