NH Property Group acquires Queens multifamily

Queens, NY According to Jacob Namdar, principal of NH Property Group, they have completed their first acquisition. The subject is located at 123-11 152^nd St. in the Jamaica neighborhood. Namdar closed the all-cash deal in under 30 days. The two-unit multifamily was sold by The Estate of Alphonso Robertson - Anita Robertson for $500,000.
