Newmark assists in relocation of Warren Tricomi

Manhattan, NY According to Newmark Retail, the Warren Tricomi salon has relocated its Upper East Side location to a 5,200 s/f space at 969 Madison Ave. Newmark Vice Chairman Jeffrey Roseman and Director Drew Weiss represented Warren Tricomi on the transaction.  

"We were honored to have assisted Warren Tricomi in securing its new Upper East Side flagship location, where they can continue to serve their loyal clients for many years to come," said Roseman. 

Led by principals Edward Tricomi & Roxana Pintilie, Warren Tricomi has been in business for over 30 years. The tenant signed a 10-year lease for 5,200 s/f spanning the entire fourth floor of the building, with an entrance on 76th St.  

CBRE represented building Ownership, The Zitomer Family.
