Newman and Zaccagnino of Malkin Properties lease to JMC Holdings, Ltd.

JMC Holdings, Ltd. has chosen 500 Mamaroneck Ave. as its headquarters, according to Jeffrey Newman, executive VP of Malkin Properties, the building's marketing and managing agent.JMC Holdings will take immediate occupancy of already built-out space on the building's second floor. "Growing companies like JMC Holdings recognize the value to their clients, and therefore to their businesses, of being conveniently located at 500 Mamaroneck Ave.," said Newman. "We are delighted that the company chose to relocate its headquarters to Malkin Properties' trophy portfolio." Newman and senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino represented the landlord. Michael McCall, managing director of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant.
