NEMG signs 4,500 s/f lease at Simone Development's Harrison Executive Medical Park

Northeast Medical Group (NEMG), a physician group affiliated with Yale New Haven Health, has signed a long-term lease for 4,500 s/f at the Harrison Executive Medical Park complex owned by Simone Healthcare Development Group and Fareri Associates. NEMG will use the space for additional medical offices at 3010 Westchester Ave. Glenn Walsh of Newmark Knight Frank, exclusive leasing agents for Harrison Executive Medical Park, represented the owners in the transaction, and Kevin McCarthy of CBRE represented the tenant. The Harrison Executive Medical Park currently consists of three buildings at 3000, 3010 and 3020 Westchester Avenue. A fourth building, a new ground-up 85,000 s/f medical office building at 3030 Westchester Avenue, recently broke ground and has been pre-leased in its entirety to WESTMED Medical Group. Northeast Medical Group is designed to provide excellence in medical care combined with compassion and sensitivity to the needs of patients. They accomplish this by creating opportunities for enhanced collaboration, quality of care and physician alignment, all with the support and resources of Yale New Haven Health. This means that three leading hospitals -- Greenwich, Bridgeport and Yale-New Haven -- along with a network of top specialists are available for all patients' medical needs. "Harrison Executive Medical Park is a 13-acre campus that is home to a growing number of medical practices and support services," said Patricia Simone, Vice President of Leasing and Operations for Simone Health Care Development Group. "Situated in the heart of Westchester's Platinum Mile, it is the ideal location for today's fast-growing medical practices, offering exceptional medical office space, first-class amenities and services and a location that's convenient to major medical centers." Nearby medical institutions include White Plains Hospital, New York-Presbyterian Hospital in White Plains, Greenwich Hospital and Westchester Medical Center. Harrison Executive Medical Park offers a highly visible and convenient location at Exit 10 off of I-287, just minutes from Westchester County Airport and nearby Metro-North train stations in Rye, Harrison and White Plains, providing access to the growing suburban patient base in Westchester, Fairfield and Putnam counties. Custom-built, state-of-the-art medical suites are available for independent practitioners and medical groups alike, starting at 1,000 square feet. The Harrison Executive Medical Park features elegantly appointed lobbies, fitness center, an on-site café, landscaped courtyard with fountain and seating areas, abundant outdoor and covered parking with handicap accessible elevators, complimentary shuttle service to the White Plains Metro-North Train Station express hub and 24/7 building access with state-of-the-art camera security and on-site owner management.
