NAIOP’s President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Reception

The event was the key portion of NAIOP’s President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Reception. Mr. Lieb had been previously honored twice before at NAIOP NJ’s annual Gala.

“Bob Lieb has been a mentor to me and countless other New Jersey real estate people for many, many years, and this honor for him is richly deserved,” said Michael Seeve, president of Mountain Development Corp., the organization that Mr. Lieb founded in 1979.

“As a member of NAIOP NJ for over 41 years, Bob has provided our Chapter with unparalleled Industry leadership. His knowledge and experience in CRE are invaluable to our membership,” said Dan Kennedy, NAIOP NJ CEO.

For almost five decades, Bob has been a sophisticated, long-term real estate investor, of whom countless New Jerseyans are proud, said Seeve. “Bob has placed special emphasis on seeking out and winning significant space commitments from the most sought-after tenants."

Some of Lieb’s most prominent projects include the Summit Medical Group campus in Berkeley Heights, the Telx Data Centers in Clifton, and 56 Livingston Avenue in Roseland, among many others.

“Bob has assembled a significant regional portfolio, and he has also taken an active role in numerous charitable and philanthropic endeavors,” said Seeve.

Active throughout the Northeast, MDC’s team includes in-house development, accounting, property management, construction, leasing and marketing professionals, enabling the company to operate autonomously and execute business plans for complex and varied projects.
