NAI Mertz, Realtor, has welcomed David Clerval as the newest member of its team. Clerval has been the founder and owner of a mortgage services firm for the past 30 years. Professionally, he has built, rehabilitated and sold real estate projects, and he has extensive experience in local and state zoning and planning board compliance, approvals and permitting.
He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of N.J. for the past 15 years, and is a lifetime member of the local Chamber of Commerce. He served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years. He will be focusing on industrial, office and retail brokerage in Atlantic County.
