sale of 13,564 s/f office/medical building

Port Jefferson, NY NAI Long Island, an office of NAI Global, director Marian Campi-Condi and director Michael Corsello represented the sellers 60 Port Jeff LLC in the sale of 60 North Country Rd. The buyers represented themselves.

The three-story building, located at the intersection of North Country Rd. and Oakland Ave., consists of 4,800 s/f on the first floor, 4,800 s/f on the second floor and 3,964 s/f on the third floor.

Under new ownership, 60 North Country Rd. will undergo a comprehensive six to eight month renovation, transforming the building’s exterior, interior, and grounds. The reconstruction includes new common areas, restrooms, and systems and amenities, positioning it as one of the town’s premier medical and office destinations. The relaunch is expected in Q4 of 2024.

Located across from Northwell Health’s Mather Hospital and half a mile from Catholic Health’s St. Charles Hospital, the property is near Port Jefferson LIRR train station, bus lines, and downtown.
