NAI Friedland completes six deals totaling 119,579 s/f

According to NAI Friedland, its industrial and office divisions closed six transactions in Westchester County and the Bronx. The combined deals represent 119,579 s/f. The deals included: * The $4.7 million sale of 56,000 s/f at 3450 Baychester Ave., Bronx. Senior executive VP Ross Schneiderman brokered the deal between St. Johns Associates (landlord) and 3450 Baychester LLC (tenant). Schneiderman represented both the landlord and the tenant. * The $1.7 million sale of 42,000 s/f at 255 Lake Ave., Yonkers. Executive VP Peter Cokin represented the tenant between Corax Corp. (landlord) and 257 Lake Avenue LLC (tenant). * A 12,610 s/f, 5.5-year lease at 524 South Columbus Ave., Mount Vernon. Schneiderman represented the tenant between Sandford Columbus Associates, Inc. (landlord) and Rugoua Trading Corp (tenant). * A 2,895 s/f, six-month lease at 145 Saw Mill River Rd., Yonkers. Executive VP Steve Kornspun brokered the deal between Lubin Flowers LLC (landlord) and Franchise Contractors LLC (tenant). Kornspun represented both the landlord and the tenant. * A 2,074 s/f, two-year lease at 145 Saw Mill River Rd., Yonkers. Kornspun brokered the deal between Lubin Flowers LLC (landlord) and Ronjon Luxury Wheels Ltd (tenant). Kornspun represented both the landlord and the tenant. * A 4,000 s/f, three-year lease at 26 Bruckner Blvd., Bronx. Office specialist Steve Kaufman represented the landlord in the transaction between 26 Bruckner LLC (landlord) and Winn Residential LLC (tenant).
