Murray Hill Props. announces five new brokers to join the firm; Emery, Staav, Saunders, Friedman, and Kissling
The following brokers have joined Murray Hill Properties:
Christine Emery is responsible for both tenant and landlord representation involving strategic planning for a tenant's initial entry into the U.S. market and the expansion of its existing brand. She is also responsible for the re-use and renewal of urban properties.
Yair H. Staav's career in commercial real estate has been profoundly informed by his experience working in his family's international diamond and jewelry manufacturing business. Responsible for client development and sales growth in the U.S., he traveled to almost every state in the Union visiting and becoming familiar with the operations and objectives of department stores and independent retailers alike.
Darilynne Saunders, serves as a managing director of Murray Hill. Prior to joining Murray Hill, Sauders was principal at Saunders Realty Advisors LLC, providing consulting services to established clients in all aspects of their real estate acquisition/disposition requirements.
Barrett Friedman joined the Emery/Staav team in January 2012. Before joining Murray Hill, Friedman served as a director at The Lansco Corporation focusing on both tenancy and landlord solutions. Prior to becoming a member of the Emery/Staav team, Barrett spent time in finance as an intern with both Deutsche Bank and Calypso Capital Management LP.
Lay Kissling serves as an associate at Murray Hill. Kissling started her career in commercial real estate with Terramont Real Estate Services in Montreal, MHP's affiliate through the worldwide TCN network. Kissling has a background in property analysis, consulting and construction management and is well versed in the necessities required of tenant representatives.
