Murray Hill Properties signs three new leases totaling 12,855 s/f

Murray Hill Properties has completed three leases totaling 12,85 s/f. The deals include: * Technology Desking Inc. signed a lease for 6,100 s/f at 39 Broadway. The firm will occupy part of the 16th floor. Rick Doolittle, Wes Rudes and Mark Toubin of Murray Hill Properties represented the tenant. While Dan Ginsberg of The Lawrence Group represented ownership. * Eclipse Group NY LLC signed a lease for 1,350 s/f at 485 Seventh Ave. The firm will occupy suite 1211. Michael Politi, Esther Zar, Jesse Rubens and James Tamborlane represented ownership. While Ronnie Zimmerman of Newmark Knight Frank and Jay Smith of Jay G. Smith Inc. represented the tenant. * Interactive Partners Limited signed a lease for 5,405 s/f at 104 Fifth Ave. The firm will occupy the entire 10th floor. Randy Sherman of Murray Hill Properties represented the tenant. While Chris Wilson of Stribling & Associates, Ltd. represented ownership.
