Murray Hill Properties has brokered two leases totaling 10,970 s/f. The deals include:
• A 5,635 s/f lease at 1410 Broadway to Mirage Fashion of NY LLC. Richard Doolittle of Murray Hill Properties represented the landlord, LH Charney & Associates, and Wayne Siegel and Tom Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the tenant.
• A 5,335 s/f lease at 30 Broad St. to Kral Clerkin Redmond Ryan Perry & Van Etten, LLP. Richard Doolittle and John Howard of Murray Hill Properties represented the landlord (Gotham Broad, LLC) and the tenant.
