Moss, Gutoff and Nigido of Eastern Consolidated complete $61m sale
Two pre-war apartment buildings situated on the Upper West Side at 201 West 92nd and 200 West 93rd Sts., have traded for $61 million to a client of the firm who is an operator of similar properties.
Eastern Consolidated's director George Moss, senior director Deborah Gutoff, with analyst Paul Nigido, represented the seller, a partnership including Kent Swig of Swig Equities, while Brian Ezratty, vice chairman of Eastern Consolidated, procured the buyer and negotiated the financing on his behalf with iStar Financial.
The pre-war buildings comprise the entire block front on Amsterdam Ave. between West 92nd and West 93rd Sts. with 134 rental units.
Attorneys in the transaction were Robert Sorin, Esq. and Alexis Kremen Esq. of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver for the seller, and Steven Holm, Esq. of Levy Holm Pellegrino and Drath LLP for the buyer.
