Monday Properties and REPIA close $200 million construction loan for Moore Street
Monday Properties and Goldman Sachs' Real Estate Principal Investment Area (REPIA) closed a $200 million construction loan with Pacific Life Insurance Company for 1812 N. Moore St., a 580,000 s/f 35-story office tower close to downtown Washington, D.C.
