Millham of Pyramid Brokerage reps seller in sale of 15,000 s/f bldg.

Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. purchased the 15,000 s/f building located at 15 Link Dr., for a data operations center. Susan Millham of Pyramid Brokerage Co. represented the seller, Boston Semiconductor Laser, Inc. and Maureen Wilson, CCIM, SIOR of Pyramid Brokerage Co. and Dennis Hennessy of COR Brokerage, Inc. represented the buyer. The sales price was undisclosed. Pyramid was founded in 1971 in Syracuse. They also have offices located in Albany, Binghamton, Buffalo, Corning, Elmira, Ithaca, Hudson Valley, Rochester, Syracuse, Utica and Watertown.
