MHP arranges two leases totaling 5,699 s/f

MHP Real Estate Services arranged the following leases totaling 5,699 s/f: * Berman & Palitz LLP signed a 7-year lease at 17 Battery Place for 2,750 s/f. Joseph Friedman, Bret Varricchio and Garett Varricchio of MHP represented the tenant. Adam Leshowitz of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented ownership. * T-Rex Group, Inc. signed a 2-year sublease at 230 Park Ave. for 1,749 s/f. Andrew Arvay of MHP represented the tenant. Stephen Bellwood of Cassidy Turley represented ownership. * Young & NG LLC signed a 3-year lease at 39 West 14th St. for 1,200 s/f. Daniel Lolai of MHP Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
