Metro Realty Services negotiates three leases
West Babylon, NY Metro Realty Services, LLC brokered three lease transactions.
Michael Pisciotta and Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services, LLC leased 1,600 s/f at 92 Dale St. Unit E to Flavour Mingle. Pisciotta and Hackett represented the landlord, and Matthew Bulinski of Century 21 Commercial KR Realty represented the tenant.
Pisciotta leased 2,550 s/f at 341 Wyandanch Ave., to No Stress Auto LLC. Pisciotta represented the landlord and Michael Parnes of Schacker Realty represented the tenant.
Andrew Blumenthal and Hackett of Metro Realty Services, leased 1,334 s/f at 517 Rte. 111, Hauppauge to Worldwide Legacy Leadership Inc. Hackett and Blumenthal represented both the tenant and the landlord, Leadis Realty, LLC.
