Metro Realty Services handles three sales totaling $4.65 million

61 Commerce Boulevard - Amityville, NY

 

Lindenhurst, NY Jeremy Hackett and Andrew Blumenthal of Metro Realty Services, LLC sold 10,023 s/f at 633 N Queens Ave. to V&J Auto for $2.65 million. Hackett and Blumenthal represented the seller, Frank and Raymond Rapacki, and the buyer.

Blumenthal of Metro Realty sold 3,500 s/f at 61 Commerce Blvd., Amityville, to Mosquito & Tick LLC for $1.3 million. Blumenthal represented the seller, Kayshaleen LLC, and the buyer.

Hackett and Nicholas Romano of Metro Realty sold 2,300 s/f at 947 Church St., Bohemia, to 947 Church LLC for $700,000. Hackett and Romano represented the seller, Sisters Church Street, and the buyer.
